If you came here looking for therapist, you’re in the right place. I am the therapist you’ve been looking for. Someone who will help you become the person you been yearning to be. I work hard to provide my clients with a safe space to process and work through things you’ve hidden away. I work with my clients on removing the mask they’ve been wearing for the world. The mask keeping you from reaching goals, attracting healthy relationships, keeping boundaries, and thriving. Ask yourself, are you THRIVING or are you just SURVIVING?

I have been practicing therapy since 2009 and my passion is working with marginalized communities. I started my career in South Los Angeles working with chronically mentally ill populations. I have learned the most from working with the women at a day treatment program in Compton, CA who were working to regain custody of their children. My experience with the Department of Children Family Services (DCFS) was eye opening as my clients were under their supervision throughout their work to retain a sober life from drugs and alcohol. What I came to understand was these women had repressed complex trauma related to childhood along with inter-generational patterns.

Currently, I use EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy to assist my clients in reprocessing traumatic experiences and memories. With EMDR therapy, I can provide my clients with long term healing not always offered with traditional talk therapy. If you’ve heard about EMDR and you’re curious whether it’s the right option for you, Lets talk to a bit more.
