I’m Denise Brady! I’ve been the mental health field for over 15 years! I’ve worked at community mental health agencies, residential facilities, government agencies, and now private practice. While working at these entities, I didn’t feel seen as my authentic self. I felt trapped and lost. The more I tried to be my authentic self, the more I felt pushed into a box.
As a therapist specializing in co-parenting, I offer support to parents navigating the complexities of raising children in separate households. My services focus on enhancing communication, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive environment for the well-being of both parents and children. Through tailored strategies, I help parents work together to create effective parenting plans, improve mutual respect, and address any emotional or logistical challenges. My goal is to empower parents to develop a cooperative co-parenting relationship that prioritizes the child’s needs, reduces tension, and promotes stability. Whether you’re newly separated or navigating ongoing co-parenting struggles, I provide the guidance and tools necessary for healthy family dynamics.
